An eyewitness reported seen an eldery couple, possibly german speaking with a dark SUV purchased the dog.
Location: about a mile into the campo of "Bella Vista / Maranatha" while having their car serviced by a mecanic there and walking around.
Dog: female beige chiwawa, 5 years old, lovely, beautiful.

The dog was grabbed by a motoconcho driver while walking alone in Sosua Abajo searching her human mother. Later the guy was seen selling the dog in Bella Vista. The car mechanic confirmed. The motoconcho denies.
(Chances are minimal, especially since she probably didn't eat anything out of sadness, but hope dies last. Unfortunately, I only found out now because they didn't want to tell me).
