Hoy publishes the biography of the new interim director of the National Transport and Transit Agency (Intrant) after Hugo Beras stepped aside as a major corruption scandal unfolds in the media.
Rijo continues as director of the 911 Emergency program and is temporarily appointed to head the Intrant as the scandal around the most recent tender for the modernization of the traffic lights sytem is sent to the Attorney General Office administrative corruption division (Pepca) for investigations.
