My fav thing with Coco in it is PINA COLADA!!! hehe ;) yumm!

p.s. Have you ever seen a Dominican climb up a coco tree???? They climb those things so fast...like lil monkies..a friend of mine climbed up a tree to get me one, and I was almost on the ground laughing so hard...he couldn't figure out why it was so funny. I called him mi mono after that. jeje

Coconuts:
High cholesterol in meat and water.
Still, drinking coconut water on a hot day is just one of God's gifts to man.
And coconut mint patties are to die for. So is Almond Joy?.

Pescado con coco, ? la Saman? is incredible.

However, it is more of a celebratory dish than a daily staple. Otherwise we'd all have clogged arteries..
