For noise deadening double or triple glass ...even thicker glass in double pane ... picture windows or casement window will give you best noise reduction...sadly most windows are sliders because of security bars and they don't seal well hence more noise

Fenestra windows in Santiago, Vladimir 829-705-4443, excellent quality pvc double glass windows and doors. We use these for our construction projects and are very pleased.

If you can ask for hybrid spacer between windows and doors you will be much happier, also aluminum spacers conducts to much cold/heat and cheap windows condensate a lot  more... I'm surprised to see 95% single glazed windows with electricity cost tru roof here..and cooling costs
