Pristine beaches, lush rainforests and winding rivers; the Dominican Republic’s Samana peninsula is a haven for nature lovers and those in search of a more untouched Caribbean.

Now, the area has a new resort, combining all-inclusive convenience with easy access to the area’s natural wonders, with this week’s debut of Wyndham’s first-ever all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic: the family-friendly Wyndham Alltra Samana.

First ever? Wyndham's had an all-inclusive in Cabarete for over 15 years.
It could be that this is the first owned by Windham. The one in Cabarete was (or is if still open) in association with Viva Resorts, which is a Dominican company and owns the resort as well as the one in Bayahibe and wherever else they have hotels.

It's still open. It is called the "Viva Tangerine by Wyndham"
