Island: North of the capital there is a marina just below (literally) the bridge over the Isabella (can't remember the name of the road, but I'm pretty sure it's what you'd take to the new airport).
On the river: Follow the Isabella towards the ocean, once it gets thick with waste and pollutants, look to your left.

considering all the ugly women that are in the DR especially in that cesspool of a capital called Santo Domingo. She's light skinned, has a nice figure and her clothing looks nice on her. Her hair is straight, teeth clean and has good posture and presence.
She's Aphrodite when you compare how horrendous so many women are in the DR. Each year the gene pool degrades further and further until one day the DR women wil start to resemble some form of australopithecine or crustacean hahahahaha. You'd think DR women would be more careful whom they choose for a mate. As long as it's a bipedal humanoid capable of reproducing they're game.
