The three main figures implicated by state prosecutors in the Baninter calamity will be remanded to the Najayo prison, according to El Caribe. Upon concluding his questioning yesterday afternoon, Judge Eduardo S?nchez Ort?z ordered that the three accused Baninter officers be transferred to the Najayo prison. Nevertheless, the three are still in Santo Domingo. Ram?n B?ez and Mario B?ez are being held in the cells at the Palace of Justice in Ciudad Nueva, and Vivian Lubrano de Castillo is at a medical facility, where she is being treated for hypertension.
