According to the Centro Económico del Cibao, the presidential candidate of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRM), Luis Abinader, would win with a large vote over the candidate of the official Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), Gonzalo Castillo. The poll numbers are 53.5% for Abinader against 34.% for Castillo, and 10.3% for Leonel Fernández of the People’s Force (FP).
For the survey, 1,500 persons eligible to vote were polled face to face.
