All indicates that there has been a poor police investigation with the focus on the wrong person so that the case is not resolved, say the lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>Padr\u00f3n Montilla is a real estate broker now immersed in the murder case after having served as the middlemen for the lease of a villa where the murdered Dutch stayed as well as two men from Curacao that are suspect to be the murderers and are fugitive.
