The tax money will help fund the 911 Emergency Service in the Dominican Republic. The bill had already passed in the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>101 deputies voted in favor of the bill, with the PRM deputies all opposing the legislation. The bill moves on for the signature of President Danilo Medina. In addition, the bill creates a new telecom anti-fraud system.
