This affects customers in the communities of Tierra Blanca, Rancho Espa\u00f1ol, Monte Adentro, Quisqueya Verde, Las Gu\u00e1zaras, Arroyo Chico, Batey Hormiga in the El Lim\u00f3n municipal district.
