Flooding has affected 10 communities, with the most flooding in Arenoso.<\/p>\n<p>The Consorcio Autopistas del Nordeste y Boulevard Tur\u00edstico del Atl\u00e1ntico had announced that the road was closed from La Reforma to Rinc\u00f3n de Molinillos (the northernmost toll) due to the flooding of Yuna River. Some 300 vehicles that were traveling in both directions were stuck on the road.
