The bodies of the three were found inside a vehicle parked in the La Esperilla neighborhood in Santo Domingo on Wednesday, 15 November 2017. The aunt had picked up her niece to take her to a birthday party at a mall.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle is suspected of not having functioning catalytic converter to reduce the buildup of contaminating gases.
