Be assured that is what we are doing.\u201d He added that at the present time they are in the process of preparing their arguments that will be used to defend the position of the state during the discussions over the project\u2019s costs. He said that the contract defines how to resolve disputes and differences.<\/p>\n<p>Jim\u00e9nez Bichara said that construction has not stopped at the power plant. He noted that their goal is to finish this installation by the end of 2018.
