Also taking part will be the former judge of the Central Electoral Board (JCE), Eddy Olivares, Wilfredo Lozano, Ricardo P\u00e9rez Fern\u00e1ndez and Jos\u00e9 Alejandro Ayuso. In addition the director of the Master\u2019s Program in Constitutional Law at UNIBE, Crist\u00f3bal Rodr\u00edguez, will be speaking along with lawyers Namphi Rodr\u00edguez, Eduardo Jorge Prats, Jaime Rodr\u00edguez and Julio Cury.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon the first session will be facilitated by Spanish Professor in Constitutional Law, Emilio Pajares Montol\u00edo, and the closing event will be facilitated by ex-judge of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Jos\u00e9 Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez Peguero.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court of Justice of the Dominican Republic has already ruled against the constitutionality of the open primaries in 2005.
