A doctor also suffered burns.<\/p>\n<p>The minister said the investigation is carried out by the Viceministerio de Garant\u00eda de la Calidad and the Direcci\u00f3n Materno Infantil y Adolescentes of the Ministry of Public Health that will report on what caused the tragedy at the Hospital de la Mujer, the maternity hospital of the Dominican Social Security Institute (IDSS).<\/p>\n<p>The director of the Hospital de la Mujer, Felix Maria Dotel, told Listin Diario reporters that the baby was being attended by the doctor when the tragedy occurred.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred around 10:30am.
