However, the Dominican weather bureau has maintained flood alerts across 11 provinces.<\/p>\n<p>In its bulletin yesterday, Monday 8 January 2018, Onamet explained that the weather front to the south of Haiti is moving away from the country and another front to the northwest of the island is weakening.
