Jim\u00e9nez stressed that the personnel of his agency has worked hard and \u201cwe are going to get to the finish line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jimenez Bichara also said that the conflict between the CDEEE and the Odebrecht construction company over an additional US$708 million in the construction of the cold-fired facility is set for arbitration in the United States and they are awaiting a decision.
