Mu\u00f1oz is accused of trafficking in cocaine that was seized in 2016 off the coast of Matanzas in Peravia province.<\/p>\n<p>He was captured at Km 11 of the Duarte Highway after being a fugitive of justice since 1916 when the shipment of 1,136.96 kilograms was seized. State prosecutors say that he was part of an international drug trafficking ring that laundered the earnings through a series of betting shops located in the country.
