The residents expressed their concern it will become a gathering spot for people to drink and listen to loud music, ending the days of the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. The community organizations that have opposed the relocation site are: Uni\u00f3n Comunitaria de Las Caobas, Comunitarios Unidos por una Buena Causa, Casa de la Restauraci\u00f3n Nuevo Pacto and the Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Los Derechos Humanos de Las Caobas.<\/p>\n<p>The groups suggested the Tour Eiffel be located in an area where it does not cause disruption.
