Ure\u00f1a (alias El Boli) admitted to hiding the body of 16-year old Emely Peguero. She was five months pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>In his third hearing, she allowed \u201cEl Boli\u201d to go free having ordering members of the press to leave before her pronouncement. Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar Ure\u00f1a had been in preventive custody in jail.<\/p>\n<p>The Public Prosecution Service had pressed charges that he had been paid RD$100,000 to hide the corpse on the orders by Marlin Mart\u00ednez, mother of Marlon Mart\u00ednez, lead suspect in the murder.<\/p>\n<p>It appears that, off the record, over the last few weeks there have been negotiations between the Public Prosecutors and Peguero relative\u2019s defense team for charges to be dropped against El Boli in exchange for his testimony regarding Marlin and Marlon Mart\u00ednez, the main accused of the murder of the teenager. The 16-year old teenager is said to have been murdered after having been subject to a home-based abortion. She was carrying the baby of Marlon Mart\u00ednez.
