Ms. Peguero was believed to be carrying Mr. Martinez\u2019s child.<\/p>\n<p>The judge at a San Francisco de Macoris court heard evidence and statements from El Boil against the mother and son who are accused of murdering the 16 year old teenager.<br \/>\nHowever, defense lawyer, Ricardo Reyna, said that the testimony of \u201cEl Boli\u201d, who has made a deal with the prosecutors in order not to be charged, was actually beneficial to the defendants as he established that an abortion lead to the involuntary homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Ure\u00f1a also spoke to the press for the first time since he was arrested in September last year for supposed involvement in the hiding of Emely Peguero\u2019s body.<\/p>\n<p>According to his testimony, Marlin\u2019s brother, Henry Mart\u00ednez, is innocent of the charge of hiding the body and criminal association as stated by the Public Prosecution service. Mart\u00ednez recently returned to the country to face any legal process.<\/p>\n<p>Ure\u00f1a testified that the maids who worked at the house of Marlin, Sugel Miguelina Polo and Mar\u00eda Balbina Rodr\u00edguez Santos, who have coercive measures against them, were not involved to the crime.
