On reaching the open air garbage dump, he called Puerto Plata Mayor Walter Musa, to hear about the potential solutions.<\/p>\n<p>During his road trip, the President was accompanied only by Major General Ad\u00e1n C\u00e1ceres Silvestre and four members of the Presidential Guard. He also visited Sabaneta de Y\u00e1sica, Sos\u00faa and El Pueblito beach in Sosua.
