Ram\u00f3n Ram\u00edrez, brother of Yuniol, and a lawyer himself, suspects this is the strategy of Carlos Balc\u00e1cer, legal representative of fugitive Argenis Contreras. The murder occurred in October 2017. Ram\u00edrez was investigating corruption at the OMSA.<\/p>\n<p>Ram\u00edrez says it is not something new to say that some 15 persons participated in the murder. He said there were three vehicles, each with three persons on board, in the area where the crime was committed. Ram\u00edrez made his statements on La Super 7 en la Ma\u00f1ana (107.7FM). He suspects the former director of Omsa is paying the high bills of criminal lawyer Carlos Balc\u00e1cer.
