The private commercial airline is a Venezuelan capital investment.<\/p>\n<p>The airline connects its base at the Arturo Michelena International Airport (VLN) in Valencia, Venezuela with Santo Domingo\u2019s Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) on Mondays and Fridays.
