The inventory is expected to be concluded in July 2018 making available information on the condition of the forests regarding their composition, and existence of volumes of biomass and carbon, explained forestry engineer Ram\u00f3n D\u00edaz, director of the Forest Monitoring Unit of the Ministry of Environment.<\/p>\n<p>He said the inventory will also reveal data on the biodiversity of the forests. &#8220;For the first time we will have the biodiversity index as part of the inventory,&#8221; said D\u00edaz.
