The Primer Diplomado en Gastronom\u00eda Dominicana will now be open to the hundreds of thousands of Dominicans that take the short technical courses offered by the government center.<\/p>\n<p>Rafael Ovalles, director of Infotep, said that to prepare the course, hundreds of food specialists, including chefs and tourism experts, government experts and universities were consulted.
