Odebrecht executive, Marcos Vasconcelos Cruz, said that Rond\u00f3n was paid by means of bank transfer to the Meinl Bank of Antigua, by the companies Lashan Corp. and Conamsa International, both owned by Rond\u00f3n Rijo and with the support of the Structured Operations\u2019 Division of Odebrecht that was located in the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Rond\u00f3n Rijo is accused of managing the money handed over by Odebrecht in the form of bribes to be given to politicians and legislators to ensure the construction of important works in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Office has said that these bribes were paid to the accused V\u00edctor D\u00edaz R\u00faa, Andr\u00e9s Bautista, Jes\u00fas V\u00e1squez, Tommy Gal\u00e1n and Roberto Rodr\u00edguez.
