This is because last week, the lawyers for V\u00edctor D\u00edaz R\u00faa and Andr\u00e9s Bautista Garc\u00eda filed an objection to the judge on grounds that it was Germ\u00e1n Mejia who heard the initial case and set the coercive measures for the accused.<\/p>\n<p>The motion, filed by attorney Carlos Salcedo, gives the example of the case of Senator F\u00e9lix Bautista Rosario, when the preparatory stage was heard by Judge Frank Soto S\u00e1nchez and the preliminary by Alejandro Moscoso Segarra.
