Bautista is blocked, according to the Federal Register, because he is \u201cresponsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in, corruption.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Named to the list because of their purported ties to Rosario were businesses based in the Dominican Republic: Constructora Hadom , Constructora Rofi, Inmobiliaria Rofi, Seymeh Ingenieria and Soluciones Electricas y Mecanicas Hadom SRL.<\/p>\n<p>All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these people are blocked, and U.S. citizens generally are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
