He aimed most of his criticism at the 25 universities that offer degrees in education, pointing out that the curriculum and quality of instruction at these institutions needs to be reviewed and upgraded.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase of the evaluation included more than 40,000 teachers and the results were available in January 2018. This phase completes the process.
