A thorough investigation of what\u2019s below the asphalt has begun. Investigators were already looking at the caving in of area under the church at the Padre Billini Public Hospital in the Colonial City. It is suspect there could be unknown tunnels or caves in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, an area off Arzobispo Meri\u00f1o street near the Port of Santo Domingo on the Malec\u00f3n has been set off limits to traffic for security and to facilitate the investigations.
