He was flying with second lieutenant \u00c1ngel Amauri F\u00e9lix Victoriano, who served as co-pilot. They were patrolling the border with Haiti. F\u00e9lix Victoriano was injured and was taken to the Hospital Ram\u00f3n de Lara in San Isidro Air Force Base.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Defense said the accident occurred around 10am. A commission is investigating the cause of the accident.
