The decision was made yesterday, Monday 20 August 2018, by a court in San Francisco de Macoris.<\/p>\n<p>She has been in jail since September 2017, and the preventive custody has been issued on four occasions, the same happened to her son Marlon, who is accused of Emely\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n<p>The trial begins on 29 August 2018, around a year after the teenager\u2019s disappearance on 23 August 2017.
