Valdez Torres will serve the sentence in Rafey jail in Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>Santiago Peralta, lawyer of the accused, has said that there is no evidence against his client. The authorities, nevertheless, say a video exists that allegedly incriminates Valdez Torres. The defense says that all the authorities have on Valdez Torres are his fingerprints that were found inside the victim\u2019s apartment.
