The bill highlights that drunk driving has caused a high percentage of traffic accidents, resulting in deaths, incapacities and property damage.<\/p>\n<p>The bill establishes that the Ministry of Interior and Police temporarily be empowered to shut down the fuel stations until a final decision is taken by a judge.
