The process will end on 2 November when the names of the participants in the contest will be published on 9 November.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement was made by Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice Frank Soto, who is the secretary of the Council after a meeting tof the council.<\/p>\n<p>Soto said that prior to the choosing of the Constitutional Court judge replacements, the CNM would evaluate the members of the Supreme Court of Justice. He said a commission would present an amendment to the ruling for this procedure in the next meeting of the CNM on 13 November.
