Preliminary reports is that the obstetrician left before the procedure was finished, delegating it to a resident.<\/p>\n<p>Health Minister Rafael S\u00e1nchez C\u00e1rdenas said that preliminary reports state that Ramona Rodr\u00edguez died when undergoing a C-section.
