Among the agreements are a tourism cooperation pact and aviation agreement that could turn the Dominican Republic into a leading hub for Chinese tourism to the Americas. Garc\u00eda said that two months ago the Ministry of Tourism sent a local marketing expert to China to begin plans for the opening of three tourism promotion offices in China.<\/p>\n
