Abraham Lincoln Avenue in Santo Domingo. The victims were identified as 38-year old Ariel Rodr\u00edguez Serrata, injured in a shootout in the parking lot around 5am between customers. Rodr\u00edguez was diagnosed with brain death at the Ney Arias Lora Trauma Hospital. The other deceased is 48-year old Venezuelan show business promoter Eduardo Luis Martinez. The injured were identified as Venezuelan Minerva Patricia Chivico Rivas and Dominican 19-year old Starlin Contreras, an employee at MacDonalds.
