The resort will have 600 rooms and is scheduled to open in October 2019. Best Hotels founder, Jos\u00e9 Batalla, came for the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The centrally-located resort will feature a convention center, children\u2019s area, discotheque, bars, boutiques, 1,300 square meter casino, among other facilities, says Best In Pro Group managing director, Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez. It will be located around a 15-minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first property of Best Hotels outside of Spain. The chain operates 33 properties in Spain located in Costa de la Luz, Costa del Sol, Costa Tropical, Costa de Almer\u00eda, Costa Dorada, Mallorca, Costa Brava, Andorra and Barcelona city.
