Judge Franchesca Silvestre, withdrew from the case last week.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of August, a group of military and police agents from the National Drug Control Agency (DNCD), shot 23 year old Junior Sosa Valdez, and 29 year old Francisco Javier Camacho, alias Javielito, who were accused of being part of a criminal gang that had carried out multiple assassinations .<\/p>\n<p>The group is accused of killing C\u00e9sar Alexander S\u00e1nchez Ortiz (Caball\u00f3n), Lalane Antonio Camacho Castro, Juan Francisco Pi\u00f1a Mateo (Francis Boutique), Jos\u00e9 Bienvenido Marte Mercedes and Jos\u00e9 Mir Paulino (Lenny), which adds up to eight people with the latest violent death of 27 year old Robel\u00edn Pe\u00f1a Guerrero, who was on the run and accused of four murders and having shot at the car of the Major League baseball player, Fernando Abad.<\/p>\n<p>One of the murders is thought to be that of the lawyer, Santos Cede\u00f1o, which happened two weeks previously when he was shot inside his vehicle while waiting for his son to come out of college.
