The Supreme Court judge in charge of the case is Francisco Ortega Polanco, but lawyer Conrado Pittaluga, and former senator Andr\u00e9s Bautista, think that this court should only hear the case against current senator Tommy Gal\u00e1n, as he has legal privileged status.
