The manatee, that measures 1.5 meters, had become trapped between roots and mangroves.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Rodr\u00edguez, administrator of the Refugio Vida Silvestre of the Luper\u00f3n Bay, said that the animal was taken to Santo Domingo because she was very stressed and dehydrated.
