The elderly man had obtained the consent of the father of the little girl. The father of the child has not been named by the Police to protect the identity of the child but is also under arrest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Police said the arrest took place at a hotel located on Calle Guatemala in Batey Sosua.
