Jos\u00e9 Manuel Arias Mej\u00eda (Bacanay), aged 26, was sentence to 20 years in jail for the attack that blinded Hungria who was working on a construction in the area. The cause of the death of Arias has not been revealed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the court case, it was revealed that Bacanay, which was his nickname, had two other police records.
