The director of Coraabo, Ferm\u00edn Brito said the deal comes with the cooperation agreement signed earlier whereby AES will be building the East Gasoduct, and at the same time contributing to the community with the expansion and rehabilitation of the Catalina waterworks project. This will benefit both Andres and Boca Chica populations.
