Nora Elizabeth Capello, for this lawyer, it is her first ambassadorial position. <br>Colombia. Nohora Stella Tovar Rey, former senator and academic sector businesswoman. <br>Cuba. Milagros Karina Soto Ag\u00fcero, former Cuban ambassador in Italy. <br>South Africa. Phaninga Pandit is a career diplomat who has served as ambassador in Venezuela, Colombia, among other countries. She has served as general manager for South African Broadcasting Corporation. <br>France: Didier Lopinot.
