A video put into evidence the excesses committed by Pedro Alberto Diaz Mej\u00eda, who was driving the Ciutran pickup, and Alejandro Concepci\u00f3n and Eloy Medina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circulating on social media, the video showed a military patrol vehicle belonging to CIUTRAN hitting a motorcycle on Sunday afternoon, 20 January 2019, knocking it over at high speed and driving off. The incident took place on the Coral Highway, near the La Romana airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rider of the motorcycle, Daniel Valdez, was a member of a motorcycle club and was wearing a helmet and had all his papers in order.
