The observation is made as the pre-electoral year concentrates much of the attention of the legislators on more specific political issues, rather than national matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The civic society spokespeople called for attention to the passing of the Penal Code, Electoral Regime Bill, Land Use Bill, Public-Private Alliances Bill, among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The president of Anje, Guillermo Juli\u00e1n stressed the importance of legislators moving on the Public-Private Alliances Bill that he says would have a positive effect on job creation.
